Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  When your order ships, a shipping notification email will be sent to the email address you provided. It will contain your tracking number, so be sure to check your email and/or spam folder. The email will come from stamps.com. For any questions, please contact us at cindy@braceletblanks.com.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  We ship via USPS with tracking. Once your order ships, a shipping notification email with the tracking number will be sent to the email you provided. If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. Provide them with the tracking number and request GPS coordinates of the delivery. If the GPS coordinates show the package was delivered to you, it is recommended that you check with family members to assure someone else did not set the package aside. If the package cannot be located,a stolen mail report will need to be made to both your local police department as well as the USPS. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Ok, we admit it; we're human. We sometimes make mistakes. If you are missing an item from your order, first.....please do not throw the packaging away! Now and then an item can simply be over looked, especially if it is flat like patina sheet or Lacy's Stiff Stuff. Check the bottom of the box, unwrap all packages in the box or package, just to be sure. We often nest items together for safety; your agate slice could be inside those nested bracelet blanks! If upon further inspection you find we did indeed neglect to add an item to your order, please contact us right away at cindy@braceletblanks.com or 712-256-3207 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Central time. We can double check the weight of the package we shipped to you and if we find it did not include all of your ordered items, we will ship the missing items immediately with our sincere apologies!
