How do I return an item?

    We want our customers to be happy with our products, plain and simple. If you are not happy, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and let us know. We'll do our best to help! Please note:
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders. This includes custom sizes, gauges and specialty corner options including square corners.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
    • All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Be sure to pack the order securely to avoid damage in shipping.
